Grace is a lively parish with a history of active involvement by its members in all aspects of parish life. Sunday liturgy is the core of our life together as a faith community. We have a strong sense of belonging and are supportive of one another. We have many opportunities to pray, work, and socialize as a community – almost always with accompanying food! We communicate with each other through email and on Facebook.
Our Hospitality Committee organizes food for our Sunday post-liturgy fellowship and for special parish events that occur throughout the year – baby showers, funerals, etc.
Our Care and Support Committee provides meals, transportation, pastoral care, Lay Eucharistic Visitors for the sick and confined, and meets other needs that arise. Additionally, this committee provides the parish with health-related education and information.
In Advent and Lent we have a weekly simple meal of soup and bread in the undercroft, followed by the singing of Holden Prayer together in the sanctuary.
